Our Delivery Service

  • Nationwide Coverage: We ship throughout the UK mainland. However, for orders to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands, please contact us for a personalized quote. These areas may incur additional charges and slightly longer lead times, but we’ll always work to find the best solution for you.
  • Speedy Service: We aim for the fastest possible turnaround. We typically ship in-stock items within 5-7 working days. Meanwhile, for bespoke timber orders or items requiring machining (like planed hardwood or profiled cladding), shipping times may be a little longer. In any case, we’ll always provide an estimated date when you place your order, keeping you informed every step of the way.
  • Transparent Charges: We calculate shipping charges based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you confirm your purchase – no hidden fees! Furthermore, for large or bulky items, such as timber beams or substantial quantities of cladding, we utilize specialist hauliers to ensure safe and efficient transport.

  • Flexible Options: We use a combination of our own fleet and trusted courier partners. As a result, this approach allows us to offer the most appropriate method for your specific order. For example, a parcel courier might transport smaller items (samples, small timber quantities). In contrast, we will transport larger orders, including structural timber or full packs of flooring, on a larger vehicle.
  • Easy Access: To ensure a smooth process, please ensure suitable access for our vehicles. This means clear access roads, enough space for maneuvering, and a safe, accessible offloading point. If, however, you have any access concerns (narrow lanes, low bridges, limited parking, etc.), please let us know when ordering. Then, we’ll proactively discuss the best solutions and make the necessary arrangements. Proactive communication helps avoid any potential issues.
  • Careful Handling & Inspection: We package and transport your order with great care. However, we strongly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. Please check for any signs of damage before signing for the goods. If you do spot anything, note it on the paperwork and contact us immediately. Consequently, this allows us to quickly address any concerns.
  • Avoiding Failed Shipments: To prevent extra charges, please ensure someone is available to sign for your order on the agreed-upon date. Otherwise, if a shipment attempt fails because no one is present, and we have to return the goods to our yard, additional transport costs will, unfortunately, apply.
